Plan

FastCompany wrote several articles about how to unplug from the internet.

I'm adding reasons why you should unplug from the Internet:

  1. Connect with people face to face

  2. Give yourself time to think strategically

  3. Control your own schedule

  4. Walk and drive safely without texting or reading

  5. Reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed by gadgets

  6. Prioritize what is essential and what you can give up

  7. Find time for hobbies and family

  8. Enjoy a conversation or meal without interuptions

You might not be ready to unplug totally from the internet, but try it for an afternoon or an hour and realize there are many advantages to being not connected all the time.
